- Sub: $ CPU ’92 Free Passes
-
- Hewlett-Packard wishes to show its support of Macintosh user groups. For this
- reason, it has allocated 100 free passes for user group officials for my
- conference. These passes will be given to the first 100 user groups that
- respond to this AppleLink. We are providing one pass per group in order to
- accomodate as many groups as possible.
-
- Please send us this information, so that we can print badges. Pre-registration
- is required because the conference will sell out. People should not "just show
- up" and expect to get in.

- CPU’92
-
- A computer conference is often measured by how many people attend, who had the
- nicest booth, and who threw the best party. All these things do not add up to
- how much you can discover, explore, and experience the products you came to
- see.
-
- Hewlett-Packard and I are trying to change this by sponsoring a
- product-oriented conference called CPU ’92. (CPU stands for Creativity,
- Productivity, and Utility.) Our goal is to help you get the inside story of the
- hottest software you'll see at Macworld Expo.
-
- The products will be presented by the presidents, product managers, and
- designers who created them. After each session, you’ll get answers to the
- questions you always wanted to ask. Each demonstrator (only one product is ever
- shown at a time) gets 45 minutes on a large screen, color projector.
